Seasonal Employment: Customer Service Ambassadors at RSW

The Lee County Port Authority offers seasonal employment opportunities and is hiring Customer Service Ambassadors, also known as Red Vests. Looking for highly motivated, energetic people to direct passengers to the appropriate security checkpoint line and answer passenger questions related to security, airport and airline operations. These are temporary, part-time positions. Intense, fast-moving, highly visible, dynamic airport environment that requires heavy interaction with the public, airport stakeholders and tenants. Will work at the airport’s three security checkpoints and closely with TSA. Flexible hours from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m. (4- to 8-hour shifts), 7 days a week. Pay is $18.22/hour. Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift, have a great attitude, be reliable and have access to email.
