Airport Badging at the Access Control Office

Welcome to the Access Control Office at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). The information provided is intended for all badge credentialing processes for employees and individuals that do business at RSW.

Step 2: Schedule an Appointment or Join the Queue

The Access Control Office uses QLess, a virtual queue system, for airport badging appointments. Appointments will be scheduled for future dates; same-day appointments are not available.

Renewed badge: $60
Lost badge: $100 (nonrefundable)
Unreturned badge: $150

The Access Control Office is located on the first floor of the terminal building, near Bag Belt 10. Enter through the silver door marked with the Access Control logo.

Monday - Friday 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
