Airports Rates and Charges
The Lee County Port Authority operates as a self-supporting enterprise fund that generates revenue from airport users for airport construction and operating expenses. Listings of Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and Page Field (FMY) Rates and Charges are below. Legislative authority for the imposition of the rates and charges is set out in Chapter 63-1541 Laws of Florida, Lee County Ordinance No. 01-14, and Chapters 125 and 332, Florida Statutes. Lee County Port Authority - A Component Unit of Lee County, Florida. The Lee County Port Authority's fiscal year period is Oct. 1 to Sept. 30. Per Section 218.32(1)(g), Florida Statutes, copies of the Lee County Port Authority's Annual Financial Report can also be viewed at the Florida Department of Financial Services Website.
